1. A recipe is a list of directions to prepare a dish. The following sentences are not in order for preparing avial. Number them in the correct order.

Grind some coconut, green chillies and garlic.

Cut the vegetable scraps into long strips.

Wash and clean the mix of vegetable bits.

Decorate with curry leaves.

Whip some curd and mix it in.

Pour some coconut oil on top.

Note down the ingredients used to make it.

Ingredients:

Green vegetables,

 Ginger

 Garlilc

Cheese

Lemon juice

Butter

Onions

Salt

Green chillies

Tomatoes

Coriander

Spices

Write the recipe.

        Cut and wash the vegetables and boil it.

        Heat butter in a pan.

        Add onions along with ginger and garlic paste.

        Add green chillies, tomatoes and water and cook for few minutes.

        Add other spices and cooked vegetables and mix well.

        Mash the contents well with potato masher.

        Add cheese, lemon juice, salt and coriander and mix well.

        Serve hot with pav.
